Bringing AI in procurement to Paris
Archlet, together with Sievo and Procure Ai, brought together 60 procurement leaders from over 50 companies in Paris for an evening of honest conversation about where AI is taking procurement and what it actually takes to get there.

The event centered on a theme that's becoming increasingly urgent: how people, technology, and decision-making must evolve as AI agents take on more operational work.

Setting the scene
Ossi Karali, SVP Sales & Customer Success at Sievo, opened with a data perspective, making the case that great AI outcomes start with great data, and that the volume and variety of procurement data that can now be processed is expanding rapidly thanks to LLMs.
Tim Grunow, Co-Founder of Archlet, built on that foundation with a look at where sourcing stands today: much of it still running on Excel and email, while AI is advancing fast enough to fundamentally change what's possible. The organizations moving now are building a real advantage.

Konstantin von Büren, Co-Founder of Procure Ai, brought it back to the organizational question. This is not just a tool shift. It's an operating model shift. The procurement function of tomorrow looks structurally different, with AI handling execution and humans focused on decisions, oversight, and strategy.
Expert panel
The keynotes set the stage for a panel discussion that got into the practical realities of transformation, moderated by Thierry de Cassan Floyrac, Partner at KPMG.

Marie-Pierre Goyenetche, CPO at Stora Enso, and Wahab Perviz, Data & Processes Lead at Dr. Oetker, shared where their organizations actually are in this journey: the strategic choices being made, the organizational challenges being navigated, and what's harder in practice than it looks on paper.
