‍Archlet Elevate made its way south for the first time, bringing over 30 procurement leaders together in Dallas for a half day dedicated to what it really means to build an AI native procurement organization in the age of agentic AI.

Following a networking lunch, Archlet Co-founder Lukas Wawrla kicked off with an introduction to Archlet along with case studies from real clients. Participants had the opportunity to connect and engage in open discussions, exploring current challenges and what’s coming next in procurement.

‍Expert panels and discussions

‍Joseph Keys from PepsiCo shared how procurement transformation works at PepsiCo and offered insights into our relationship with PepsiCo over the last 5+ years. We discussed what makes a rollout successful and why technology is only one part of it. We then transitioned to the Future of Sourcing and the impact of technology on current roles and talent in procurement, together with Samantha Kaiser from FleetPride and Barbara Buns.

‍Archlet Spark Deep-Dive

‍In the afternoon, we took a deep dive into the latest product updates of Archlet Spark, showcased by our very own AnnaBelle Brechbühl, Senior Customer Success Manager based in the US. We presented and discussed core updates on the agentic front, such as:
